1.  Please fill out with application book at the information office at counter 2 . Please submit it to the information office at counter 2 with your identification of insurance. You will have your identification of insurance and a medical chart.
2.  Please submit your medical chart to the 14th block information office.  A person in charge at the information office leads you.
3.  When electronic indication board in the outside waiting room indicates your number, please go into middle waiting room.  Please wait at near consulting room of yourself.
4.  When electronic indication board above the entrance of consulting room shows your number with chime, please go into the consulting room.
5.  Medical examination will be undertaken.
6.  After medical examination, if test is necessary, please wait in front of the 14th block information office. Please receive the file inserted receipts in.
7.  Submit the file and your hospital card to counter 6 charge calculation office. A bill will be handed to you.
8.  Please pay your bill at counter 7. Please receive receipt and a medicine exchange ticket.
9. When your number is indicated on the indication board at counter 8 , please show your medicine exchange ticket, and please receive medicine.
10. This is all.

How to visit the department of pediatrics, Nagaoka Red Cross hospital

 The department of pediatrics is located in 14th block on the first floor of Nagaoka Red Cross Hospital.
Clinic hours are 8:30-11:30 am.
The hospital closes the outpatient office on the second and the fourth Saturday, the anniversary of the founding (on May 1), the end of the year and beginning of the year (from December 29 to January 3).

Attention and Request
     A hospital card is common to all departments.  Because it is used permanently, please keep it carefully. Whenever you come to the hospital, please bring it with you.  When you leave your hospital card, your waiting time becomes longer than usual.  Please show your identification of insurance once for one month (the first consultation day of every month).  Please show it to block 14 information office.

Use of a cellular phone in the hospital causes the false operation on medical instrument, and injures the health of other patients. Please switch it off.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in this hosipital. Please do not smoke in the hospital.

Emergency Department    If your child needs emergency care, please note that Emergency Department, located in 18 Block on the first floor, is available 24 hours a day..  The Emergency Department provides expert care to severely ill and injured children.If possible, please call your family doctor before coming to the Emergency Department,  because he or she can help you determine the best method of treatment for the situation and answer general health-care questions.
